Test Manager

As a Test Manager, you are responsible for all test related activities, plans and reports. You are leading the team of Test Engineers and define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery, including applying appropriate test measurements.

You ensure preparation and conduction of system testing and acceptance testing, in which you may involve one or more stakeholders in the execution of these tests; however, the overall responsibility is yours.

You are driven by ensuring visibility, traceability and control of testing processes to deliver high-quality software and you have a natural flair for planning, deploying and managing the test effort for any given engagement.
