Technical Implementation Project Manager
If you thrive on navigating contracts and projects and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders with varied interests in the healthcare domain, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Delivering excellence and leading projects
As our Technical Implementation and Project Manager in Columna Flow, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery and project management for several of our hospital customers across Finland. You will serve as the primary contact for all customer delivery inquiries and coordinate collaboration between customers, subcontractors, and our in-house delivery teams across both implementation and operational phases. Also, you will participate yourselves directly in the implementation and system configuration – and often handle all activities in the implementation coached by your implementation team colleagues.
Reporting directly to the Director of Healthcare Flow in Systematic Headquarter, your responsibilities will range from implementing minor system adjustments to managing complex, high-value deliverables. More specifically, you will be:
- Conducting projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensuring that these projects create value for both our customers and Systematic.
- Execute implementation; conducting customer workshops with hospital clinicians, analyse needs and perform system configuration.
- Analysing, planning, reporting, and managing customer and subcontractor contracts within the agreed budget and ensuring that the required quality standards are met through collaboration with relevant parts of the organisation.
- Leading the preparation of changes, quotations, and solutions in collaboration with the customer and with input from internal stakeholders.
- Drafting project agreements, status reports, risk analyses, and other relevant project materials to support expectation alignment and communication with the customer.
- Supporting Sales in presales activities.
You should expect 20 to 30 travel days annually, occasionally with overnight stays, depending on customer needs.
Shape impactful healthcare IT solutions
You will become part of a well-established department based in Tampere, Denmark, UK and Romania, delivering innovative software solutions for the hospital logistics sector. In this role, you will help build strong and lasting customer relationships, supporting the entire contract lifecycle from pre-sales and delivery through ongoing services and after-sales support. Together, we work to ensure successful project implementation, timely and effective customer communication, and that customers derive maximum value from their healthcare IT solutions and related services.
