Delivering excellence and leading projects

You will serve as the primary contact for all customer delivery enquiries and coordinate collaboration between customers, subcontractors and our in-house delivery teams across both the implementation and operational phases. Reporting directly to the Director of Columna Flow, your responsibilities will range from implementing minor system adjustments to managing complex deliverables.
More specifically, you will be:
- conducting projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensuring that these projects create value for both our customers and Systematic
- executing implementation and conducting customer workshops with hospital clinicians while analysing their needs and performing system configurations
- managing, reporting and analysing customer and subcontractor contracts within the agreed budget and ensuring that the required quality standards are met
- leading changes, quotations and solutions in collaboration with the customer and internal stakeholders
- drafting project agreements, status reports, risk analyses and other relevant project materials to support expectation alignment and communication with the customer
- supporting sales in presales activities
You should expect 20–30 days of travel a year, occasionally with overnight stays depending on customer needs.
Shape impactful Healthcare IT solutions
You will become part of a well-established department based in Tampere (Finalnd), Denmark, the UK and Romania, delivering innovative software solutions for improving hospital workflow. In this role, you will build strong and lasting customer relationships by supporting the entire contract life cycle, from pre-sales and delivery through to ongoing services and after-sales support. Together, we will be working to ensure successful project implementation, timely and effective customer communication, and that customers derive maximum value from our healthcare solutions.
