

Administrative Office Manager
Strengthening business operations through effective office administration
Join our team in Tampere as an Office Manager, take charge of managing all administrative processes – and play a vital role in supporting our operations in the Defence and Healthcare industries.
As an all-rounder, your primary focus will be business administration, handling our HR and finance tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our Tampere office in line with Systematic’s culture. You will work closely with the Global Business Services department and collaborate with various functions. The position offers exciting development opportunities and a high level of autonomy. You will report to the Senior International Business Partner in Denmark and become an integral part of our growing team of eight colleagues in Finland.
Your key tasks will include:
• Contacting service providers such as banks, insurance companies, tax authorities, HR and salary suppliers etc.
• Supporting regulatory compliance in areas such as HR, GDPR, export control and security.
• Support for local financial reports and accounting operations, invoicing etc.
• Supporting the implementation of our group policies and ensuring compliance with Finnish laws and regulations.
• Providing input to improve group policies to align with local requirements.
• Coordinating agreed-upon local social/team-building activities etc.
• Handling office practicalities such as guest catering, parking, post, courier services etc.
• Translating English texts into Finnish and vice versa.
Experienced administrator with strong business understanding
Ideally, we are looking for a colleague with prior experience in business administration, preferably in a similar role.

This full-time position is based in Tampere, Finland, and will require occasional travel to the Systematic office in Aarhus and other local offices in the Nordic region.
