Swedish-speaking Senior Support & Implementation Consultant 

 

 

Do you thrive in the crossfield between Software Developers and non-technical customers in the library sector? Are you a skilled communicator in Swedish? Then look no more – we have the next step ready for you!

 

Setting the Customer first and ensuring smooth implementations
As a Senior Consultant, you will join a well-established and experienced team of 16 highly skilled colleagues across locations in Scandinavia. Your primary collaboration will be with two colleagues at our Stockholm office, but you will also have the flexibility to operate from either our Copenhagen or Aarhus offices. Expect to engage in close partnerships with library domain experts and Incident Managers to ensure high-quality product support for Systematic’s customers using our library solution, Cicero.


Drive implementation and support for customers in the Swedish market
You will share responsibility for implementing and supporting new Cicero customers, primarily focusing on the Swedish market but potentially all of Scandinavia. You will help to ensure that our products are implemented in the best possible way to support the work of local users and librarians. Therefore, you can anticipate working with:

  • Providing high-quality support to our customers and understanding their needs
  • Training and educating users in the use of our Cicero suite 
  • Collaborating with developers and other domain experts on newsletters and other forms of user documentation
  • The implementation of new customers  


Library domain expert with a high degree of customer focus
We are looking for a colleague with a flair for working and talking with all types of customers and the skills required to understand customer needs and effectively communicate these to our developers and business partners. 


Ideally, you are native or strongly proficient in Swedish, speak English and may be able to speak German and/or Danish. You have experience from the library and information services industry – either as a librarian, your educational background or similar. Additionally, it is a benefit if you are tech-savvy or as a minimum interested in working with IT systems. 
As indicated, we have customers across Scandinavia, so you can expect up to 20 travel days a year.
