You will be part of our Defence Service organisation and join a specialist unit engaged in implementing our Command & Control solutions in the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will be based at our office in Stockholm, Sweden, and report to the Senior Project Manager for the Nordic Constellation.
Technical lead role with customer-facing activities
This is a newly established position, and you will take a leading role and be the key player in delivering our SitaWare and IRIS suites for our Defence customers in Sweden.
You will be working closely with our Defence services and development teams in Denmark and with our Swedish customers, rolling out a mission-critical system that creates value. Tasks fall within areas such as solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, technical training, interoperability, development, and testing.
As a Solution Architect you will:
- Have a technical leading role while designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions
- Contribute to and, together with the Project Manager, ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope and time frame
- Support the training of administrators and end-users
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants and colleagues at Systematic
- Support pre-sales work and proposal writing
- Stay up to date on the status of Systematic products and provide support to ensure alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps, maximising value for both our customers and our products
You should expect some need to travel, both around the Nordics and internally within Sweden.

We expect you to be a natural team player with a knowledge-sharing mindset, as well as a good eye for networking, connecting and building relationships with others.
Ideally, you:
- thrive with customer-facing activities, such as presentations and technical support, and your ability to instil trust with customers ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- hold a relevant technical degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- are a strong and collaborative communicator in both Swedish and English
- enjoy working in an agile and changing environment
Furthermore, you may have experience within some or all of the following areas: tactical communications systems, software development, IT infrastructure, software and system testing and/or test management (e.g. ISTQB), technical training, external customer-facing projects and delivering services and consultancy in the IT sector.
It would also be an advantage if you poses military domain knowledge from a supporting role to the Swedish Armed Forces and/or have a military background from an IT-related role in the Swedish armed forces.
