With over 200,000 users already experiencing the impact of our solutions, we are proud to support more than 9 million citizens and serve over 100 customers across seven countries – and we are looking for a new colleague to support us in ensuring the continuous expansion and right design of our solutions for clinicians.

As Senior Clinical Advisor you will join our small UK-based Healthcare team, which is strongly supported by the Danish organisation, and play a central role in building up our UK Healthcare organisation. Based out of our office in Farnborough, you will report to the Head of Flow Projects & Services in Denmark, and work closely with our Healthcare Sales Director based in the UK.

In the newly established role as Senior Clinical Advisor...
…you will collaborate with potential customers in hospitals, stakeholders around the clinicians, and a team of internal colleagues, including technical colleagues, to translate customer needs into software solutions and manage solution delivery to customers. You will contribute to getting new customers onboard, increase customer satisfaction and drive add-on sales to existing customers.

Your responsibilities and daily impact include:
•    Collaborating with customers and translate their needs into quality software solutions
•    Independently work with and take the necessary decisions within the UK team, whilst aligning with stakeholders in the Danish organisation
•    Play a key role in the delivery and implementation of products to customers across the UK
•    Conduct solution presentations for potential customers
•    Offering advice on solutions to customers and internal business development teams
•    Provide presales support to drive customer value
•    Collaborate with internal development teams (Product Management, Development & Clinical Advisor) to specify product enhancements
•    Conducting clinical and operations assessments at customer locations
•    Engage in follow-up dialogues with customers after go-live to drive add-on sales

Develop the Healthcare-landscape and make a difference
The successful candidate has a clinical background and multiple years of experience, preferably within emergency, cardiology or from other complex specialities. You have a deep knowledge regarding various clinical it-solutions, and perhaps also experience from analysing clinical workflows and implementing clinical it-solutions. You understand the benefits of how well-defined technical solutions can contribute users and are generally passionate about working with healthcare.

Additionally, we are also looking for:
•    Interest and experience with supporting sales and business development
•    Experience with implementing IT-systems to disctricts, hospitals or similar
•    a proactive and adaptive communication style with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Working at Systematic
At Systematic, we set out to make the world a better place. We are passionate about developing the best solutions for our customers. Therefore, we challenge each other, our work processes, and our technologies so that we are always at the forefront of development and can deliver the best possible solutions. You can look forward to an exciting working day, where close collaboration is key to ensuring that we make a difference in the world in which we operate.
