Test Manager, Defence
As our new Test Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our SitaWare and Iris suites, an integrated, ultra-modern command-and-control toolset that helps Defence customers make critical decisions wherever they need it. You will apply your broad test and engineering skills in an agile environment with highly skilled colleagues, as part of our growing Defence Services team in Copenhagen.

- Taking part in military exercises to support the use of our solutions and find new ways of testing that reflect real-life use
- Establishing and maintaining test environments, and contributing to tender and proposal work on test and test management approach
You should expect travel within the Nordics, and potentially elsewhere in Europe, several times a year.
Joining the team
You will join a small but growing team in a brand-new office in the heart of Copenhagen, working closely with your Nordic colleagues while also collaborating with other teams across our global constellations. Testing is an integral part of our development process, and you will be part of a wider community of testers and test managers, with knowledge-network events to exchange ideas, hear lectures, share best practice and get to know your colleagues. It is an agile, fast-moving environment with flexible, trust-based working hours and plenty of room for personal responsibility.
