As a member of our Defence Services team, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for the Nordic constellation. Based in our centrally located Copenhagen office, you will work closely together with a dedicated team, collaborating not only with our Nordic project teams but also with colleagues across our global constellations.


Take the lead in delivering technical solutions for our Defence customers
Our new Solution Architect will have the leading role in delivering specific technical solutions, collaborating closely with customers, subcontractors and internal teams. The role involves making key architecture and design decisions, writing the technical components of proposals and estimating solutions. 


You will provide essential pre-sales support by driving customer value and supporting sales activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with various stakeholders, keep up to date with Systematic products and ensure alignment with customer needs and product roadmaps. 

 

Experienced Solution Architect with a strong technical skill set
As a minimum you hold a bachelor’s degree in software engineering or similar, have a strong technical skills set and 5+ years of experience from a similar role. 

 

Moreover, to succeed in the role: 

  • you have customer-facing experience in finding and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • you have leadership experience and the required know-how to coach, motivate, guide and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • you master the classic architectural skills and are proficient in Java, Angular and TypeScript; experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
  • you are a strong and collaborative communicator in both Danish and English. 

 

Experience from the military domain would be beneficial, however, this is not a requirement.

 

In this role, you can expect a few days of travel each year to European countries. 

 

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
