The People Attraction team is part of People & Culture, where more than 30 employees ensure the continuous development of Systematic and its workforce. You will be a part of a best-in-class recruitment team comprising 14 colleagues located in Aarhus, DK, and Bucharest, ROM. 
You will be the teams first feet on the ground in Copenhagen, spearheading the strategic growth for our development center in the heart of Copenhagen.

Drive, challenge and modify our recruitment process
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Systematic, you will be responsible for a vast portfolio of recruitments. Your overall responsibility will be to drive recruitments from A-Z and support, challenge and modify aspects of this process while focusing on continuous improvement to achieve our objective – staying on top in our business.

Your daily tasks will involve:  
•    driving the entire process, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates
•    close cooperation with hiring managers to define the team’s specific needs and create the right recruitment strategy
•    close cooperation with both internal and external researchers who will support you in the process
•    ensuring the lowest lead time for recruitments and timely reporting on recruitment progress
•    contributing to the team spirit and performance.

 

Proud recruiter that recognises the value of the right hire
You are our next colleague if you hold a relevant bachelor or master’s degree in human resource management, marketing, communication or similar while being fluent in both Danish and English.

We also envisage that you:
•    have 3+ years of experience with talent acquisitions ranging from specialist to management level
•    are used to handling stakeholders at all levels simultaneously
•    can navigate in a fast-paced environment, where recruitments frequently top the strategic agenda
•    love the feeling that comes from closing a spot-on recruitment and welcoming a new colleague
•    have experience with recruiting software talents, although this is not a requirement.

 

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
