Sales Director for CUBEDIN modular naval solutions

 

The job

We are looking for a Sales Director to promote and sell CUBEDIN’s solutions to navies, shipyards, ship designers, Minister of Defence (MOD) organisations and OEM’s. Focusing especially on Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) segment. As our Sales Director your responsibility is to identify and create opportunities and follow them through to signed contracts, while collecting information about customers, stakeholders and market development.

 

In short, you can look forward to:

  • Promote and sell CUBEDIN products and services in the naval industry ecosystem 
  • Establish, build, develop and maintain customer relationships with potential customers mainly in Europe. The responsibility includes identifying/creating an opportunity all the way to signed contract.
  • Write quotations, follow up on sales leads and keep track of sales funnel
  • Develop and maintain the sales management process and tools like tender and presentation material
  • Support keeping our products aligned with market demand and business strategy by collecting relevant information about customers and market development
  • Participate and present in exhibitions, customer events and related promotional activities.

Your qualifications

  • We are looking for a Sales Director who has some years of experience working within the naval, marine or defence domain, and have a good understanding of ship/USV technology.
  • It is beneficial If you bring specific experience within naval defence and have knowledge of unmanned vessels.
  • Stakeholder management and networking is a key driver for success which is achieved by having good communication skills, and a long-term focus when it comes to developing and building strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Your commercial toolbox is well-founded, and by putting your collaborative and technical mindset into play, you set the direction for CUBEDIN’s position in the market.
  • You are self-driven and resilient, energetic with strong networking skills, structured and experienced in complex business deals.
  • Additionally, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. And if you speak one of the Scandinavian languages it is a benefit, but not a requirement.

 

Place of work will be at our office in Copenhagen, but for the right candidate we are open to consider alternative solutions within Denmark. The successful candidate must expect some travel - up to 60 days per year, covering both domestic and international.
