You will join our Defence Services organisation and report to the Program Manager for Defence Services, Nordic. You will be based at our centrally located office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and collaborate with our service project teams based both in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and in the Nordic countries. 

 

As Project Manager, you will manage and ensure implementation of Systematic’s command and control solutions for our customers. Your overall responsibility will be to project manage deliveries between the Defence Services delivery team, the customer, and our in-house software development teams. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day business with the team and delivering according to the agreed scope, time, and quality. You will have day-today engagement with the customer to coordinate activities and deliveries. To further expand the business, you will also support our sales and proposal teams in defining our offerings across the Nordic countries. 
 
Your key tasks will include:
•    Manage activities between the service delivery team and the customer.
•    collaborate with Business Development in relation to sales activities through sales meetings, writing proposals and ensuring technical support and materials for workshops.
•    lead and people manage your own team to unsure the team members reach their full potential and engage their tasks with a high level of motivation and dedication.
•    managing your project’s KPIs, management briefings, business committee meetings etc.
•    Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on expected and agreed outcomes


In connection with the job, you will occasionally travel to customer locations in the Nordic Constellation.
 
Experienced project and people manager 
You have a relevant degree in IT/software and several years of experience as a Project Manager working with agile methodology, and have proven results running complex software projects in a busy and dynamic environment. Preferably you are certified and have practical experience working with project management methodology such as PMI, Prince2, or IPMA level B/C.  

 

You have leadership experience, and know how to coach, motivate and influence people inside and outside the organisation. 
In addition, you stand out because you: 
•    can manage highly complex and agile projects together with the customer, subcontractor, and your team.
•    are outgoing, trustworthy, and able to inspire the customer, the end-user, senior management, and your team.
•    can speak and write English fluently.
•    have what it takes to deliver on cost, schedule, and quality.

 
Scrum and ITIL certifications and practical experience is a plus.

We work with security-classified projects and therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years.
