About Systematic

We develop and support software solutions that simplify critical decision-making, and we are one of only a handful of companies to have achieved CMMI (Capability and Maturity Model Integration) Level 5 accreditation.

Our Australian office opened in 2017, and works exclusively with defence, delivering our core solutions SitaWare Headquarters, SitaWare Frontline and SitaWare Edge , which function across all echelons of command, from the individual dismount through to joint level.

Our goal is simple: To improve the world with exceptional software.

Systematic is growing, and we need a new Field Support Engineer to join our Brisbane team.

  • Collecting feedback from the customer and feeding the learning loop, both internally at Systematic and at the customer
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants and colleagues within Systematic
  • Keeping up to date with Systematic products to ensure the alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps, maximising value for both our customers and our products.
