Training Assistant

About the position


The position is located at our office in Bucharest and falls under Systematic’s People & Culture area. The learning and development team is a well-consolidated team in Systematic, which has worked to develop and coordinate the course activities in Systematic for both employees and managers. You will join a team of 5 people: manager, four employees and currently 1 intern, located both in Denmark and Romania.


Responsibilities and tasks


In this position you will be involved in the training planning and administration across Systematic sites primarily in Romania and Denmark. You will also be a huge part in developing the process and suggesting improvements that can lead to a more efficient and smooth way of planning training activities.


Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Plan onboarding programmes for all new employees across all countries in Systematic
  • Schedule and administer courses in Aarhus and Bucharest: Coordinate with trainers and invite attendees
  • Develop and improve the planning process
  • Follow-up on the quality and value of our internal and external training activities in Denmark and Bucharest
  • Administration of the course catalogue of external courses for employees
  • Help implement Systematic Academy of internal courses and activities in Bucharest
  • Ad hoc and day-to-day administrative tasks


Our ideal candidate


  • You hold a bachelor degree in communication, human resources or similar.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • You are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment.

Preferred skills


  • It would be a plus if you have experience in an IT company
  • You have experience working with Success Factors (Our People)

Practical information


  • Travel may be expected: approx. 10 days per year in our office in Aarhus, Denmark.
