About the position

 

You will be a part of a best-in-class recruitment team consisting of 12 colleagues located in Aarhus and Bucharest. The People Attraction team is part of People & Culture, where more than 30 colleagues ensure continuous development of Systematic and its employees. We are recognised for our ambition, high performance, our skilled assessment of candidates and our efficiency, which ensured the recruitment of more than 280 new outstanding colleagues in the past year alone. Enhance, innovate, and refine our recruitment process

 

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Systematic, you will be responsible for a vast portfolio of recruitments. Your overall responsibility will be to drive full life cycle of recruitment processes and support, challenge and suggest improvement aspects of this process while focusing on continuous improvement to achieve our objective – staying on top in our business.

 

In short, you can look forward to:

 

  • Manages full life cycle of recruitment process from discovery meeting with hiring manager, sourcing, and screenings candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates to hiring team, participating in the interview process, hiring decision, and completing offer negotiations.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent through various channels, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
  • Innovate and implement creative approaches to attract and retain top talent, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive impression of our organization. 
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive insights into recruitment performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance the overall hiring process.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency in recruitment workflows.
  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  • Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.

You are our next colleague if you:

 

  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, marketing, communication or similar;
  • At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter;
  • Having exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels simultaneously;
  • Can navigate in a fast-paced environment, where recruitments frequently top the strategic agenda;
  • Have experience in hiring software engineering roles (both IC and Manager levels);
  • Are familiar with current recruiting trends, tools, and technologies;
  • Have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
  • Have high attention to details;
  • Have critical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Have high ambition, self-motivation and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets;
  • Fluent in both Romanian and English (C1).

Practical information

 

  • Hybrid setup: office and remote work
  • Our team is based in Romania and Denmark, with collaboration and occasional travel between the two locations, so you should expect 2-4 weeks of travel per year.
  • Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
