Technical Consultant (IT Specialist) to implement IT-solutions

You have a strong backbone within Microsoft technology and applications, are curious and up for working outside your technological comfort zone? You know how to communicate with non-technical colleagues and discuss their requirements towards IT-solutions? About the position


The position is located at our office in Bucharest and is placed in Systematic’s internal IT-department. In the position as IT Specialist, you will join a well-established team with 5 highly skilled colleagues located both in Romania and Denmark, working in close collaboration to ensure high-quality solutions for Systematic’s colleagues. Upcoming projects aim to adopt new technologies, for example in the Microsoft universe, or lift some of the outdated systems onto a new level. The Business Applications team operates applications that are used across all Systematic. The team reports to the head of Business Applications and consists of subject matter experts in the following areas:

  • ERP (D365), integrations, and a wider range of business applications
  • HR-Solution (SuccessFactors)
  • SharePoint and collaboration solutions



Responsibilities and tasks


Your main responsibilities will be to design, develop, and deploy IT-solutions based on business requirements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, advise on how to best support business processes and requirements with IT-solutions.


Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Understand business requirements and processes
  • Hands-on design, development, and test IT-solutions and collaboration with external partners in this process
  • Build and maintain integrations between IT-systems
  • Ensure IT-systems are living up to the agreed standards, e.g. from a security point of view, to ensure stable operations
  • Proactively identify improvements and recommend solutions for more efficient and effective business processes and IT-solutions
  • Expected to work on incidents and requests, hands-on or with external partners


Our ideal candidate


  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical studies
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are structured, proactive, and willing to learn
  • You are not afraid to pick up new areas/knowledge, are willing to develop outside your technological comfort zone, are forward-thinking, and self-driven
  • Working experience in international companies
  • Technologies and tools: Strong backbone in Microsoft technologies; for instance: Azure, M365, D365, Power Platform, Visual Studio
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
  • You are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment.

Practical information


  • Travel might be expected, approx. 2-3 weeks/year, to our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
