About the position

Together with your team, you will be responsible for the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of our product SitaWare Headquarters - a powerful and scalable C4I system (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence). It offers an accessible, easy-to-use, yet comprehensive toolset that can significantly increase operational flexibility and reduce deployment time while providing extensive interoperability capabilities. Our product is currently deployed and running on a number of installations around the world with new releases being shipped every half year which include new capabilities, bug fixes, and other improvements.

Your everyday tasks will consist of: 

• Collaborate with your team members to implement new features, changes requests and fix defects.
• Be feature lead which involves working together with the architects and other team members to transform a concept into a detailed technical solution, complete with scope, requirements, technical diagrams, task split and estimations
• Inspect and review the code of your colleagues
• Collaborate in sharing knowledge within the team and generating ideas for new improvement initiatives within the team

Are you the talent we've been searching for?

• Bachelor degree of a technical University
• A minimum of general IT experience in software development - 5 years
• Nice to have defense experience 
• Java OR FrontEnd Technologies (Angular, React, VueJS etc); having an open mindset for FullStack. He will do both BE & FE tasks, so the role is a FullStack one.
• Nice to have: Scala; Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices experience
• Fluent English skills required besides Romanian

Practical information

• Travel may be expected twice a year in our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
• We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Additionally, it is a requirement to obtain a security clearance when working in our Defence Business Unit. Please read more here.
