About the project


Columna CIS is an Electronic Medical Record who provides an overview of the patients’ care pathways and documentation support of all clinical tasks in the hospital. 

 

The solution features both medicine prescription support, recording of clinical measurements and treatment notes, as well as an overview of the patient’s medical history, diagnoses, and health-related contacts. As such, Columna CIS ensures coherence between the clinical documentation and the patient administration.  The solution is currently used in three of the five Danish regions, undergoes internationalization, which will be the first step in the expansion of the product outside Denmark.  

 

You will be Working in a distributed setup (Aarhus/Bucharest) and be part of a Scrum team containing Developer(s), Tester(s), Architect, Domain advisor and a Project Manager.


Responsibilities and tasks


•    Handle complex technical development tasks related to integration development and core product development.
•    Collaborate effectively within a development team (Scrum-based).
•    Seek clarifications in collaboration with solution architects and across development teams to ensure an efficient and cohesive development process.
•    Utilize healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR, classifications).
•    Focus on security aspects: Authentication and Authorization, secure communication, etc.
•    Ability to handle complexity and uncertainty in projects (especially during the initial phase).
•    Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across teams.
•    Ability to collaborate with colleagues who speak both Danish and English.
•    Experience with Software architecture


What should you bring


•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree preferred within Software development
•    Minimum 5 years of experience as Systems Engineer/Full-stack software engineer
•    Experience in integration development.
•    Competence in security aspects: Authentication and Authorization, secure communication, etc.
•    Familiarity with HL7 FHIR is plus.
•    Excellent collaboration skills; thrives in a team-oriented environment.
•    Proactive and takes the initiative to seek clarifications across development teams.
•    Systematic approach to problem-solving.
•    Pragmatic and results-oriented.

Practical information 

Travel may be expected twice a year in our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. 

We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Additionally, it is a requirement to obtain a security clearance when working in our Defence Business Unit. Please read more here.
