As a Senior Software Developer in our Critical Infrastructure team, you will help shape solutions that safeguard lives at sea, improve logistics planning, and strengthen the security around critical infrastructure. You will be part of a dedicated product team where your technical expertise contributes directly to systems that matter — every day.

What you will be doing

As a Senior Systems Developer, you will take on a central role in both development and collaboration across the team. More specifically, you will:

•    Drive the implementation of complex development tasks with a focus on quality and reliability
•    Contribute to the discovery of new solutions and features, solving real-life problems together with our customers.
•    Break down large features into actionable tasks and help ensure successful, timely delivery
•    Provide 3rd-line support to customers, helping them succeed with our solutions
•    Work closely with our architect and fellow engineers to ensure cohesive, scalable technical solutions
•    Mentor and support junior colleagues through technical sparring and collaboration

Our SITE product

You will join our SITE suite, an established product that manages safety, critical infrastructure and marine coordination for offshore wind parks, built on Systematic's SitaWare platform. We have customers all around the world, that rely on SITE throughout the construction and operational phases.
The team consists of skilled, technical and commercial colleagues focused on enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

A colleague who is eager to grow with us and who brings both technical skill and a collaborative mindset. To succeed in this role, you should ideally bring the following:

•    A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
•    Solid, hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, Wildfly, Keycloak, Angular, SQL Server, MySQL, and API-based product development
•    It is an advantage if you have experience with one or more of the following: cloud-based optimization, image recognition, or acoustic model training
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and a genuine interest in working in a diverse, international setting
