The Employer Branding team consists of four dedicated colleagues, including yourself. You will work alongside a full-time employee in Bucharest, while two full-time employees and an intern are based at our office in Aarhus, Denmark. Despite the geographical distance, the team places great emphasis on fostering close ties for effective collaboration and shared achievements.

Our team operates within Systematic’s Marketing & Communication department, which is responsible for Systematic’s internal and external marketing, branding and communication efforts. In the Employer Branding team, our focus is on supporting talent attraction and retention for the People & Culture department. Our initiatives primarily target students and senior profiles, with a particular emphasis on the IT sector.

About the position

As a Senior Employer Branding Consultant, your main objective is to initiate external and internal activities and enhance visibility among the professional audience. Your role involves developing content, writing relevant articles for different platforms. You will also take part in developing strategies and executing campaigns that promote the employer brand while attracting and engaging professionals in the process.

Spark your creativity skills as you conjure up unique, creative concepts and ideas, that generate strong communication content for a technical audience.

• Content creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and diverse content for various platforms and target groups, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, online platforms, websites, and more.
• Content coordination: Align and streamline content support, ensuring a consistent brand message across a variety of brand applications, enabling internal and external stakeholders.
• Market research: Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
• Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create content that meets business objectives.
• Social media: Develop and execute social media strategies to showcase our organizational culture, engaging our audience on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• E-mail marketing: Crafting compelling and personalized email content to engage the target audience. Managing email campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• External partnerships: Identify and foster partnerships with subject matter experts, technical Universities, industry experts, and other relevant entities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and centers of excellence to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit

Are you the talent we've been searching for?

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in communication / Marketing / Digital Marketing / PR, Business or related field
• Have preferably 3-5 years of experience, either agency or client-side
• Have preferably IT industry knowledge
• In terms of your personal qualities, you:           

         - are proactive and outgoing, and enjoy a varied working day in which you encounter a wide range of stakeholders

         - have a creative way of thinking and a strong ability to handle multiple projects

• Fluent English skills is required.

Practical information

• Travel might be expected to our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark
• We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Additionally, it is a requirement to obtain a security clearance when working in our Defence Business Unit. Please read more here.
