Aarhus, Denmark or Bucharest, Romania.

Are you ready to take responsibility for our Collaboration Services and Tools and define how we collaborate across Systematic within these? Then we have the job for you!

A growing department with IT at its core
In the position as IT Specialist, you will join a well-established internal IT-department with approximately 30 colleagues, who in close collaboration work to support the business with everything in relation to internal IT. You will be part of the sub-department called Business Applications, counting six colleagues including you. The team is responsible for and operates all applications and digital tools used across Systematic. This covers our ERP system, SuccessFactors, and our document management platform. We have a dedicated specialist for each area, and you will be responsible for everything regarding our collaboration solutions.

You drive our collaboration platform and tools
You will develop and implement IT solutions for our collaboration platforms that currently cover SharePoint, Teams, WorkPoint, as well as other parts of the Microsoft 365 suite. You will work closely with the business stakeholders and our Architect in the team to ensure business needs are met and in line with our Business Applications-roadmap. Besides ensuring our tools are right and supporting the business as needed, you will be the go-to technical expert in your field.

You can expect to:

  • Execute our defined roadmap for Collaboration Tools.
  • Design, develop and approve technical solutions within our collaboration tools scope.
  • Evaluate new features for business value, recommend activation and ensure communication with stakeholders.
  • Handle second-line support for collaboration solutions, enabling transition of support to our suppliers.
  • Follow up on implementation and the use of different solutions and services to ensure adoption by the business.

Independent and experienced with a flair for stakeholder management
You can guide, reach out to and advise stakeholders on their needs across various organisational levels, and with your sharp communication skills, you can communicate and present complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues. Your work style is characterised by a proactive mindset and a drive for achieving your goals in close collaboration with the team.

In addition, you:

  • Have a relevant background and experience in working with digital collaboration tools, where working with SharePoint, Teams, and Workpoint is not unfamiliar.
  • Have experience with the compliance parts of the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment.
  • We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Additionally, it is a requirement to obtain a security clearance when working in our Defence Business Unit. Please read more here.

Ready for the next step? This is your chance to affect how we work!
At Systematic we offer a workplace where we continuously challenge each other, our work processes and our technologies to always be at the forefront of development. We prioritise your professional and personal development and allow you to attend a wide range of courses and become part of our knowledge network.

If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at +45 8943 2000, and ask for Christian Donsa, Senior Manager, Business Applications for more information about the position.
