About the position

Become a Front Desk Consultant and join our Group Front Desk team, working alongside colleagues from Romania and Denmark. You'll collaborate closely with Facility Management and other support teams, representing Systematic to colleagues and partners while managing front desk activities at our Romanian office. It's a chance to contribute directly to our office's smooth operation and professional image. 


The position is located at our office in Bucharest and is a part of Systematic’s Global Business Services Unit. 


Your Daily Impact as a Front Desk Consultant

Your main role will be to efficiently manage and coordinate front desk operations for our Romanian office.


In short, you can look forward to:

  • Provide general support and guidance (front desk specific) to Systematic employees and office visitors 
  • Handle physical documents and correspondence 
  • Ensure access control and security tasks are implemented as per the group and local policies and procedures (e.g.: access cards orders, permanent and temporary access cards database maintenance, etc.)
  • Support on facility services tasks (e.g.: coordination with building reception and/or building facility responsible on office deliveries, visitors, etc.)
  • Support on ensuring office supplies availability as per day-to-day needs
  • Liaise with the rest of the department to handle requests and queries from the stakeholders (e.g.: Management Team, Recruitment team, Procurement, others)


Are you the team member we're searching for?


  • You possess a bachelor's in a relevant field such as Administration or Management.
  • You have 1-2 years of work experience 
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • As a person, you are people-oriented, structured, driven, independent, proactive, and diplomatic.
  • You are fluent in English and thrive to work in an international environment.

Practical information:


  • Our team is based in Romania and Denmark, with collaboration and occasional travel between the two locations, so you should expect one business trip per year.
