Project Manager for complex projects in an international software company
Do you possess the drive needed to plan and execute high-level projects? When managing a project, do you choose to work on it from every angle?
Can you guarantee that your customer, team and project will meet their targets? Then Systematic is the right workplace for you.
You manage projects from start to finish
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a project and ensuring that we deliver the right solution to the agreed quality – on time and on budget.
You create results through motivation, delegation and by giving responsibility to your employees, and you have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with both customers and end-users.
In the course of your daily work, you report to a program manager or a director with whom you work closely. You are responsible for managing an agile and strong team,
maintaining an overview of the team’s daily and upcoming tasks as well as being responsible for ensuring the team’s well-being, and for providing the structure needed to maintain a high level of performance.
At the same time you will engage in ongoing dialogue with the customer in order to follow up on deliveries, specify requirements and, when appropriate, deliver add-on sales within the scope of your project.
In addition, you will work on significant IT contracts which require close attention to detail.
You play a proactive role in breaking down larger projects into smaller tasks together with your team and customers.
In addition, you are responsible for preparing schedules and staffing plans adapted to the current project.
In your role as Project Manager, you are responsible for:
- Managing project planning, project development and project implementation
- Drawing up and managing agreements with customers and suppliers while focusing on building a strong and credible relationship
- Internal staff management of your team (employee satisfaction, motivation, well-being and development within the team)
- Ensuring that we apply the right methods and processes to the projects
- Creating an overview of business cases and project finances
- Risk management as well as ongoing reporting.
You will encounter a high degree of professionalism in your working day, and in addition experience a high level of sparring and feedback amongst you and your colleagues,
so we together can ensure a high degree of quality in our deliveries to customers worldwide.
