Student Worker - People & Culture, Learning & Development

Are you curious about how people learn—and how learning can be supported at scale in a dynamic, international business? Do you want to contribute to meaningful projects while building your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment? If so, this student position in our Learning & Development team could be a great fit for you.

Support Learning That Makes a Difference

As a Student Worker in Learning & Development, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of learning experiences across the company. You will get hands-on experience with real projects and collaborate closely with experienced colleagues who are passionate about helping people grow.

You can look forward to tasks such as:

  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of internal learning programs and materials
  • Assisting in evaluating and maintaining our internal course catalogue
  • Coordinating training activities and handling related administrative tasks
  • Preparing content for internal communication (e.g. intranet posts, guides, presentations)
  • Assisting with ongoing Learning & Development projects
  • Providing ad hoc support to the team as needed

The position will involve 10-15 hours of work a week, and we are, of course, flexible in relation to your studies.

Join our Learning & Development Team

You will be joining a dedicated Learning & Development team made up of four permanent team members, one student assistant, and a new intern starting in August. The team is part of our People & Culture department and works closely with a shared manager, who also leads the People Services team.

Our mission is to help employees create as much value as possible for the company by ensuring access to the right competence development. In practice, this means we are involved in everything from designing and delivering training in the right formats to handling the practical and administrative tasks that ensure learning is available - when and where it is needed.

We are a close-knit, collaborative team known for our positive energy and willingness to support one another. We openly share knowledge, help each other succeed, and foster a safe, enjoyable working environment – where there is always room for a good laugh along the way.

Are you our new colleague?

We’re looking for a new student worker who is currently pursuing a relevant degree—such as Education Science or a similar field—and who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, real-world setting.

We imagine that you:

  • Take initiative and enjoy seeing tasks through to completion
  • Are dependable and thrive in collaborative environments
  • Communicate clearly and fluently in English, both written and spoken
  • Are curious about how people learn—and how to support that in a business context

It is a plus if you also:

  • Have an interest in digital learning tools
  • Have basic skills in PowerPoint and/or content creation tools

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
