As our new student worker, you'll support the People Services team in P&C with legal matters and help to ensure that our HR processes, employment & reward terms comply with current legislation across all our global locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting, contribute to meaningful P&C initiatives, and collaborate with experienced professionals across P&C.

You can look forward to tasks such as:

• Supporting the team in preparing and updating employment contracts and related agreements
• Conducting legal research on employment law topics
• Drafting clear and practical legal memos
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of global P&C policies and compliance tools
• Supporting P&C documentation and administrative processes at a global level
• Working with AI tools to support and streamline legal and HR workflows
• Creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations for internal use across P&C

Be Part of Our People Services Team
At P&C, we provide the frameworks, services, and support that enable employees and leaders to thrive across Systematic. The department is divided into four specialized teams: People Business Partners, Learning & Development, People Attraction, and People Services.

You will join the People Services team at our headquarters in Aarhus, which serves as the backbone of our P&C operations. We handle everything from employment contracts and policy development to compensation and benefits, as well as global mobility for Systematic's employees across our 13 international locations. The team consists of nine dedicated colleagues who collaborate closely while each focusing on their individual areas of expertise. You'll become part of a supportive, quality-driven, and collaborative team environment.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a student currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. law (or a related MSc program), with a strong interest in P&C and maybe even experience working with employment law and collective agreements. Ideally, you have 1.5 to 3 years left in your studies. The position requires 10–15 hours of work per week, and we offer flexibility to accommodate your studies.

We imagine that you:

• Are motivated to turn legal theory into practical, value-creating solutions
• Work proactively and in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written

It would be an advantage if you:

• Enjoy working with communications in all its forms, and have a natural flair for making complex information easy to understand. Perhaps you already have some experience putting together presentations?
• Bring experience advising on employment law and/or collective agreements, e.g., through work with an employer or employee organization
