Student Worker for marketing ground-breaking IT solutions for the health sector
Are you passionate about making your mark on marketing IT solutions for the health sector? And are you itching to gain practical experience across the marketing spectrum? If so, we have the perfect job for you!
Take the Systematic brand far and wide
As a Student Worker, you will try your hand at a wide range of marketing activities in our Business Marketing department, with a special focus on our Healthcare business unit. You will support our sales strategy and ensure that our solutions are inspiring and targeted at our customers both in Denmark and internationally. Systematic delivers digital solutions that contribute to an integrated health service between hospitals, municipalities and the citizen’s home. You will therefore acquire hands-on marketing experience across a range of products in an international IT business and deal with global solutions from the outset.
The role gives you a broad interface right across the organisation. It will require close cooperation with the Business Marketing team, our sales and product management, as well as our corporate communications team.
Your work will include:
- Researching, angling, and writing news and blog posts
- Planning and preparing social media content
- Updating the Systematic website using the Umbraco CMS system
- Producing images and text for digital and print media
- Identifying and optimising SEO
- Planning photo and video shoots in collaboration with the team
- Coordinating and holding smaller events in collaboration with the team
The scope of the job is approx. 15 hours a week. We are obviously flexible in relation to your studies.
Creative communicator and skilled coordinator
We envisage that you will soon be starting or have already started a Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or journalism, for example, an MSc in Marketing, an MSc in Business Administration and Information Systems, or an MA in Journalism. We are looking for someone with a varied marketing toolbox who knows how companies create a successful marketing mix and who can say yes to the following:
- You focus on creativity and quality and take a structured approach to your work.
- You are able to work independently and organise your own working day in line with our corporate philosophy of ‘freedom with responsibility’.
- You are a dab hand with IT and talented in putting pen to paper and writing a good story.
- You enjoy assuming the role of coordinator and are motivated by seeing your tasks through to completion.
- You dare to think outside the box and are not afraid to voice your ideas for new initiatives.
- You are outgoing and keen to work across a broad interface with colleagues at different levels in the company as well as with external partners
It is a plus but not a requirement if you have experience with social media marketing, inbound marketing, and CMS systems such as Umbraco and tried your hand at Photoshop and InDesign. Last but not least, you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
We work on security-classified projects, and as a Systematic employee, you must be able to obtain a security clearance. Read more at http://systematic.com/clearance.
The job is based at Systematic’s head office in Aarhus, Denmark, and the expected start date is 1 August 2023, with the option of starting earlier.
Trust and openness
As a Student Worker at Systematic, you will work on an equal footing with your colleagues and be part of the team from day one, helping them to perform their tasks. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and after a thorough introduction to your duties, you will be ready to take ownership of your tasks and see them through to completion. At Systematic, we value a relaxed atmosphere and effective dialogue, so you will find a culture characterised by trust, transparency and helpfulness.
