Student Assistant for People & Culture Business Partner Department
Do you want to make a difference for management at all levels in a successful IT company? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Are you looking for a student job that will enhance your future career within HR? If so, you could be the person we’re looking for!
You prepare the ground for helping our managers
You will become part of People & Culture, a team of 6 P&C Business Partners responsible for a business area.
Here is a taste of what you will be doing:
- Performing ‘number crunching’ and providing analysis
- Working with HR metrics
- Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, e.g. for courses, morning meetings and materials for Systematic's management group – with strong visual design and a keen eye for layout, consistency and detail.
- Updating of P&C processes
- Handling administrative and practical tasks such as booking meetings, coordination, ordering materials, writing emails, print etc.
- Ad hoc tasks within the field.
High skills level and constructive sparring
As a Student Assistant, you will be part of our Business Partner team in People & Culture from day one, helping with the work the team undertakes. The quality bar is high: the materials you produce will reach senior management, so precision, polish and attention to detail are essential in everything you deliver. You will have plenty of opportunity to develop and grow professionally and personally, including lots of sparring with your highly-skilled colleagues.
Systematic believes strongly in a high level of professionalism and working together to achieve goals while focusing on trust, openness and helpfulness. It is important that you thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to take ownership of your own tasks, which you enjoy seeing through to completion.
Ambitious and curious student
We are looking for someone who is currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within business, economics, or a related field. You still have at least one to two years left of your studies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where independence, structure, and initiative are valued. At the same time, you are a team player who works closely with your manager and colleagues to deliver results that support Systematic’s strategic goals.
We imagine that you:
- Are independent, structured, and have a keen eye for detail – you take pride in delivering work of consistently high quality
- Analytical and solution oriented
- Are ambitious and curious, and enjoy tackling new tasks and challenges
- Can organise your workday and take responsibility for your tasks
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel – you know your way around formatting, data handling, charts and visual storytelling, and you have a natural instinct for making materials look sharp and professional
- Last but not least, you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
The student job will require you to work 10-15 hours a week and is flexible, although you must be available two days a week. We will of course take your studies into account, but there will be extra hours involved during busy periods.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
