Do you want to put your marketing skills into practice by supporting IT solutions for the defence sector? At Systematic, you will gain hands-on experience with content marketing, digital campaigns, and event planning—all while working in an international environment where your creativity and ideas make a difference.
About the Job
As a student assistant in our Defence Marketing team, you will help strengthen Systematic’s brand and support our sales strategy by ensuring our marketing is targeted, inspiring, and impactful. From day one, you will have the opportunity to work with marketing across genres and channels—from website updates and newsletters to social media, printed materials, and event coordination.
Your tasks will include:
- Updating Systematic's website in the CMS system Umbraco
- Preparing newsletters and SoMe posts in Hubspot
- Maintaining marketing databases and asset libraries
- Creating visuals and text for digital and printed media
- Supporting campaign planning and execution
- Coordinating and executing smaller events in collaboration with the team
Working hours are 10-15 hours a week, but we are flexible in how your working hours are arranged in relation to your studies.
About the Team
Systematic is Denmark's largest supplier of defence software. We ensure that all systems are integrated—from procurement and administration to the front line and headquarters—delivering digital solutions that contribute to a cohesive defence.
You will join a dynamic and collaborative Defence Marketing team that works closely with sales, product management, and corporate communications. Together, we ensure that Systematic’s solutions are communicated clearly and effectively to customers worldwide. You can expect a broad contact surface across the organisation, an open and innovative work environment, and colleagues who value creativity, quality, and freedom with responsibility.
About You
We imagine that you are studying marketing, communication, or a related field and have at least 1.5–2 years left of your studies. You bring a strong interest in marketing, solid coordination skills, and a flair for writing and visual storytelling. Ideally, you:
- Work in a structured and independent manner while thriving in a creative role.
- Have strong IT skills and a sharp pen for creating engaging content.
- Are outgoing, curious, and eager to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with social media marketing, inbound marketing, or CMS systems such as Umbraco, as well as design tools like Photoshop and InDesign.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
