Join our growing ITM department
Our internal IT management (ITM) is growing and looking to welcome more colleagues, and you might be our next. In the department, we are responsible for delivering secure IT services for the business effectively and cost-efficiently. These services support our software engineers working to provide products and services to our customers internationally. Our department consists of approximately 40 competent colleagues, where 10 of us are working in the Operations team. This team is essential in delivering those services, keeping compliant, managing the service lifecycle, and providing support to maintain service availability.
Do you want to be our new key player?
As a key player in our Operations team, you will be responsible for offering Operation support to our international colleagues worldwide. You will collaborate with our colleagues in Denmark and Romania, all focusing on operating and maintaining Systematics IT services. This entails:
- 2nd level support to IT Service Desk
- Create Operational procedures and workflows
- Operate and maintain current Infrastructure platforms, Hybrid cloud and VM platforms
- Ensure Service availability to the business
- Security and Compliance: This involves managing security measures and ensuring compliance
- Backup and Recovery: This involves creating and implementing backup and recovery
- Close collaboration with Infrastructure and Application specialists and IT Architects
- Monitor and manage 2nd level ticket queues
- Maintain daily operational tasks and documentation
The Operations team carries a joint responsibility from time to another of handling an on-call service. You can expect to become a part of this, but always with fair warning.
What are we looking for in a new colleague?
We are looking for a colleague with a relevant IT education and preferably also some years of experience. Our new colleague must also be able to take the initiative and responsibility while handling a varying focus. Therefore, the structure is a beneficial skill to master. Furthermore, it is very beneficial if you hold an ITIL certificate. Regarding our technological expertise, it is relevant for you to have knowledge of the following:
- Server environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
- Microsoft AD, ADFS and Azure
- Exchange
- Storage and server infrastructure
- Citrix
- ComVault Backup
- Microsoft Azure
