Solution Engineer for Defence Services

 

Join our Defence Services team in Aarhus, Denmark, and become part of a professional and strong community of peers. As a specialized unit within a market-leading organization, we work to implement Systematic’s Command and Control solutions to defence customers in Denmark and the Nordics.

 

Successful roll-out with great Customer Satisfaction
As a Systematic solution engineer, you will be a key player in delivering our SitaWare and Iris suite for Defence customers, mainly in Denmark but also in the Nordics. You will be working closely with multiple customers - to roll out a mission-critical system that creates value by simplifying decision making - within areas such as solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, technical training, interoperability, development and testing. We deliver with high quality and service to our customers.

 

Providing technical support and advisory both on-site and back office, your key tasks include:

  • Implementing and supporting technical solutions
  • Ensuring that your projects are delivered within the agreed scope and time frame
  • Conducting technical training for our customers – both in classroom environments and in workshops
  • Supporting the training of administrators and end-users
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sub-contractors, consultants and colleagues within Systematic
  • Keeping up to date with the status of Systematic's products and support to ensure alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps, maximizing value for both our customers and our products
  • 1st and 2nd Level customer support

 

You can expect some travel activity as part of your close partnerships with customers across Denmark and the Nordics.

Proactive and Eager to Make a Difference
We imagine that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar position, and you have experience working with areas such as IT-development, implementation and support, consultancy, technical project management, training, etc. You will be bringing a broad background ready to challenge us. You may also be a newly graduate holding a bachelor's or master's degree as long as you ready to take the responsibility in an outgoing technical role.

 

In addition, you stand out because you:

  • Speak and write Danish and English professionally

  • Enjoy participating in customer-facing activities such as presentations, technical support and training

It would be an advantage if you have a military background from an IT-related role in the Danish armed forces.
