Software Test Manager for defence decision-support tool

Be the driver in setting the direction of quality assurance

As the Test Manager for the SitaWare Insight programme, you will join a high-tech programme comprising development teams working across our locations in Aarhus and Warsaw. You will become an important part of a collaboration that ensures direction and structure for testing in the programme. Furthermore, working with quality assurance and test management in our Defence business unit also involves joining a strong and unique network of 30 Testers and Test Managers, providing you with an outstanding opportunity to share knowledge, learn from and spar with colleagues.

 

A strategic mind with the motivation to push and change things

As Test Manager you will be a key player in ensuring a high level of quality assurance for our products within the SitaWare Insight programme. You will define, support, and integrate with different project teams regarding test-related activities, plans, reports, and improvements. You will lead the way in ensuring a path for all activities and drive the process forwards. In other words, you will assume responsibility for:

 

  • Supporting and developing the test framework and test strategies for SitaWare Insight
  • Collaborating with Architects, Developers and Testers to build in quality
  • Planning and conducting system tests
  • Creating a clear roadmap for continuous test improvements
  • Alongside other exciting test management tasks

 

On the strategic journey with the team, your professional and personal development is also of high priority.

 

Are you intrigued? If so, you might:

  • Possess a minimum of two-three years of experience from a test management role.
  • Be a quality-conscious planner with the ability to foresee potential issues and risks.
  • Think of yourself as a strategist with the courage to both push things forward and stand your ground when necessary.
  • Describe yourself as ambitious, quality-conscious, and curious.
  • Have experience with continuous delivery and/or release management, and an ISTQB. However, this is not a requirement.


 

We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Additionally, it is a requirement to obtain a security clearance when working in our Defence Business Unit. Please read more here.
