Service Delivery Manager

 

 

You will coordinate and lead the delivery of services to our customers, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration across teams. You will be the primary contact for operational matters, manage service agreements and drive continuous improvement to secure high customer satisfaction.


What you will be driving
You will be responsible for ensuring and facilitating strong collaboration in our delivery to the customer. This will be achieved through open dialogue and clear visibility across all the involved parties, where you will coordinate, lead and maintain a complete overview of the project, the delivery and contractual matters.

 

In addition, your key tasks will include:

  • ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • acting as the link between our projects and Customer Operations
  • participating in operational meetings with customers and serving as the main POC for service-related matters
  • reporting on and following up on service level agreements (SLAs)
  • driving and implementing improvement initiatives across teams

 

As both the internal voice of the customer and the external representative of Systematic, you will help shape how we work with Service Delivery Management across the organisation.


Your team
You will be part of our Customer Operations team, based at our office in central Aarhus. We are a well-established and growing team of nine colleagues who support each other while working independently to ensure strong deliverables and excellent customer collaboration. Our work spans Systematic’s business areas and domains, supporting both public and large private customers in Denmark and internationally.

What you bring to the table
You are proactive in your planning and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where shifting priorities and new input help shape the agenda. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across different organisational levels.

 

To succeed in this role, you are expected to have:

  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with IT projects of varying size and complexity
  • Knowledge of ITIL and its practical application
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken
