

Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (maternity cover)

Drive, challenge and enhance our recruitment process
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of end-to-end recruitments focusing on continuous improvement to achieve our objective – staying on top in our business.
On a daily basis, you will:
- drive the entire process, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates
- add value by collaborating with hiring managers to define the team’s specific needs and create the right recruitment strategy
- collaborate with both internal and external researchers who will support you in finding the right candidates
- contribute to the team spirit, performance and collaboration across our locations.

You will be a part of a highly dedicated recruitment team of 14 people located in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Cologne, and Bucharest, that attract and recruit approx. 250 new outstanding colleagues every year.

Skilled recruiter that recognises the value of the right hire
You could be our new colleague if you:
- have 3+ years of experience with recruitment ranging from specialist to management level
- are skilled in handling stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- can navigate in a fast-paced environment, where recruitments frequently top the strategic agenda
- love the feeling that comes from closing a spot-on recruitment and welcoming a new colleague
- work effortlessly in English and master Danish on a at least a conversational level.
