As our new Senior Systems Engineer, you will be part of our rapidly growing Defence business unit. You will join our well-established development BCM team, which is part of our SitaWare Headquarters program. The team consists of 13 dedicated colleagues located in Aarhus and Bucharest, and who are together responsible for product installation, security, kinematics – including AI – and the chat functions which are used across our full SitaWare suite. In close cooperation with the team, you will accelerate the development and implementation of the newest version of SitaWare Headquarters – version 7.0 – where the focus is on scalability. The new version is based on the latest technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and which you can expect to work with.

You will create new, high-quality product features with outstanding functionality. You will have an opportunity to make your mark on the next version of our product, contribute to growing the team and influence the way the team operates.
You will make a difference by:

 

  • Implementing new customised functionalities that make a real difference in the world
  • Troubleshooting, optimising and solving complex problems in an existing codebase
  • Ensuring code quality and continuous improvement in our mission-critical product

 

Our new colleague

… possesses several years of experience at working with software development and a technology toolbox that includes Java (Scala), Angular or AngularJS, Docker, IntelliJ and Python. A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar is required, as is experience with full-stack development.

We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years.
