Senior Full Stack Developer for Healthcare

Do you want to help develop one of the most advanced healthcare platforms on the market? Do you love to be challenged, and do you thrive in a Senior position with a lot of responsibility? Then you might be our new Senior Full Stack Developer for Healthcare.

The position is located at our office in Aarhus and is a part of Systematic businesses within Healthcare. You will join a growing team consisting of approximately 10 Developers, two testers, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner, all striving to provide the best possible citizen care. The team has high ambitions and is driven by making a difference for our society. They work closely together and enjoy knowledge-sharing, and brainstorm together to find the best solutions. The team is working with our Columna Cura product, which is one of the most advanced EHR systems on the market that support and optimize documentation and coordination tasks within community care. The product has been around for more than 3 years and is currently being used by more than 30 municipalities and serving more than 2½m+ citizens. Columna Cura means Denmark's healthcare workers can spend more time on care and prevention and less time on documentation. By having relevant information within reach, we ensure that users can benefit from a more efficient decision-making process.

 

Responsibility and tasks

 

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with your agile full-stack scrum team to break down, specify, provide estimates for, and develop the Columna Cura product. The product is one of the most advanced EHR systems on the market and is being developed as a web (JAVA) and app solution (Android and iOS). Columna Cura is constantly being expanded and developed, and we are dealing with a critical system with many users, a lot of data and high loads. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will have increased responsibility. You will have the chance to bring in ideas for improvements and lead and develop our junior developers in the team.

 

Your everyday tasks will consist of:

  • Clarify features and requirements in co-operation with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Specify technical solutions based on needs, user cases, user stories, and the frameworks and architecture
  • Define and estimate the scope of development tasks
  • Develop solutions and support the tests of the specified solution elements
  • Optimize and maintain existing codes

 

Preferred competencies

 

  • 5+ years of experience from a similar position
  • Have experience in a leadership role and can perform architect-related tasks
  • Have experience in the Healthcare domain

Minimum qualifications

 

  • Hold a bachelor or master education in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • Have experience with one of the platforms and technologies that the solution uses:
    • Front-end: Web (JavaScript, TypeScript, and AngularJS), Android, iOS Swift
    • Back-end: Gradle, REST, HL7 FHIR, HAPI FHIR, Java Enterprise, JBoss Application server, Keycloak, Ansible, SQL (Oracle).
  • You are fluent in Danish and English
