As our new Senior Software Engineer you will be part of our rapidly growing Defence business unit where you will be joining a recently established product development team. In cooperation with our dedicated and highly skilled engineering team, you will accelerate the development and implementation of our new and innovative training solution – SitaWare Aspire. SitaWare Aspire is a high-quality digital training platform for the defence domain. It enables users to ‘train as you fight’, and is a cost-efficient product for our customers. The solution is modern and intuitive, and is based on the latest cutting-edge technologies.

How will you make a difference?

 

You will join a small and committed product development team working closely together to design new, high-quality product features. You will have a unique opportunity to set your mark on the product, contribute to growing the team and influence the way the team operates. You will:

 

  • Design and implement high-quality integrations between existing Defence products and the Learning Management System
  • Implement new customised functionalities that make a real difference
  • Implement best practices and find optimum solutions with the other team members
  • Troubleshoot, optimise and solve complex problems in an existing codebase.

 

Our new colleague …

 

… possesses several years of experience at working with software development and a technology toolbox that contains Java, Angular, HTML and TypeScript. A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar is expected, as is experience with front-end web development.
