The Job
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and implementing customer-driven features for our Rezilient product portfolio. You’ll work closely with customers, developers, Customer Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.


In short, you can look forward to:
•    Implementing customer service requests and change requests
•    Conducting estimations and clarifying specifications for customer features
•    Supporting the development team with feature development
•    Participating in 3rd line support rotation which includes solving customer tickets (in working hours)
•    Contributing to building a cost-efficient Service Department ready for future growth.

The Rezilient Service team is currently supporting customers of our Marine Coordination software product – SITE. SITE is a software solution essential for offshore coordination in the wind industry and our customers are amongst some of the biggest offshore wind companies in the world. SITE is just the beginning of an expanding product portfolio, which is why we are scaling up to prepare for the growth ahead.

Your Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar
•    4+ years of experience as a developer or in a similar and role
•    Strong experience with Java, Wildfly, Keycloak, Angular, SQL Server, MySQL, and API-based product development
•    Knowledge about Azure is a plus but not a requirement
•    Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies
•    Fluent English skills
•    Good communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed.


Travel: Limited (approx. 5–10 days per year, flexible planning).
