IT Project Manager for the private and public sector

Business responsibility
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in executing projects for our private and public sector clients. You will be responsible for planning and executing agile development projects, including operations, support and maintenance. You will ensure the momentum of the projects you are responsible for, enabling us to help the customer achieve their goals. Your primary task will be to complete projects according to the agreed timescale and quality within the framework dictated by the contract. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage your agile and highly-professional team with its diverse range of skills, including development, testing, architecture and domain experts. At the same time, you will engage in ongoing dialogue with the customer to follow up on deliveries, agreements, risks and additional sales within the scope of your project. Our business is winning and delivering projects, and you will be expected to ensure that timing, quality, skills and budget all complement one another.


As we have several new and exciting projects in the pipeline as well as further openings, it’s important that you are interested in preparing quotations in consultation with our solution and business architects. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing timetables, risk logs and establishing processes to ensure good customer collaboration.


Your tasks will primarily comprise the following:

  • Breaking projects and/or deliveries down into smaller tasks together with your team
  • Preparing a timetable and staffing plan for the project
  • Concluding agreements with customers and subcontractors, including follow-up
  • Following and ensuring the progress of the development project through proactively taking the necessary measures
  • Ensuring an overview of project finances as well as reporting in accordance with standard KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs for maintenance, support and operations
  • Participating in preparing quotations; this includes assuming responsibility for deliveries, timetables and risk assessment
  • Ensuring a high degree of job satisfaction and proactive competence development among your team

You understand IT and management
We envisage that you have three or more years of experience with agile development projects, where you combine your commercial and IT-technical insights and background. It is essential for us that you are skillful at maintaining an overview of the work involved in multiple complex projects.

  • Have experience with managing or want to manage your team


You must be fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. You will work on preparing quotations and must therefore enjoy developing interesting and well-formulated communication.
