Senior People & Culture Business Partner
Would you like to work with, help, advise and challenge our managers on the people and culture agenda to inspire and develop our business?
Take on this vital role where you will support our Digital Transformation business unit in implementing the strategy and the future growth in strategic markets. In addition, you will support our Global Business Services together with another business partner from the team. Your input will be key as we embark on our internationalization and digitization journey in People & Culture.
You will be an important sounding board for our leaders
As a Business Partner, you will be a key sounding board to the managers and the organization you support on anything related to People & Culture (P&C). Specifically, you will focus on developing and maturing the P&C processes towards our managers. Furthermore, you will have the responsibility for developing and supporting the managers according to our yearly cycle P&C processes.
One very important task is to support the different managers in mapping their team capabilities and ensure clear roles and responsibilities. You are the one to inspire them to get a clear overview in order to create a foundation for strategic planning and team development. Your ability to support them in their challenges and processes will be a direct reflection of your success in this role.
A smaller part of your job will be to support your team across the Business Partner roles regarding onboarding, exit interviews, etc. As you settle into the job, you will also be able to gain responsibility for specific process areas within P&C according to your skills and interests.
An ambitious department – where we challenge and help each other
You will be part of a highly skilled and professional P&C department with three dedicated teams in addition to the Business Partner team – People Services, Learning & Development and People Attraction. In the Business Partner team, you will have three colleagues in a similar role, two in Denmark and one in Romania.
While we sit next to one another, we each run our own tasks. That, however, does not keep us from creating a great culture where we are ambitious together and help each other to succeed. Most importantly, we thrive on making a difference in the business. That is what we do best.
Business Partner background in a knowledge-based company
We imagine that you hold a relevant educational background within HR, Organisation, Business Psychology or similar, combined with 3+ years of Business Partner experience, preferably from an international, knowledge-based company.
Moreover, you:
- Are fluent in English, and it is a plus if you also speak Danish and are familiar with Danish culture
- Are independent and able to run your own Business Partner area, identifying and prioritizing your tasks and driving the P&C agenda
- Are outgoing and flexible, enabling you to handle multiple stakeholders across different functions, including being a Business Partner to your own manager in P&C
- Are skilled in handling various HR processes, as well as transforming HR metrics into actions and advisory
- May have experience with SuccessFactors
