Senior Product Owner

Take a leading role in shaping Battlefield Health products that truly impact end users. Collaborate closely with the teams building and designing the software from your vision.

Bridge domain knowledge and product development
As a Product Owner, you will ensure that domain-specific knowledge informs the development of new features and functions. Working closely with the solution architect, user interface designer, and development team, you will help align solutions with the overall product vision. Drawing on your military experience, you will contribute insights that support informed product decisions and the creation of a clear, prioritised backlog for development. You will also ensure that new functionality meets product requirements while balancing customer needs, cost considerations, and delivery timelines through active involvement in early scoping and refinement activities.

More specifically you will:
•    Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, estimation, and refinement.
•    Translate customer needs into actionable requirements aligned with our software solutions.
•    Prepare and lead meetings and workshops with customers and end users, documenting key outcomes.
•    Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to guide feature development.
•    Support selected testing activities to ensure domain relevance and product quality.
•    Assist in customer support, resolving issues and sharing domain expertise across teams.

Join a mission-driven expert team
Battlefield Health is a cutting-edge defence medical information system developed within our Healthcare business unit. Combining over 30 years of healthcare and C4ISR expertise, it supports military medical operations with advanced patient tracking, flow management, and a unified operational picture from incident to repatriation.

You will join a new, skilled, cross-functional scrum team distributed between Aarhus and Bucharest. The team consists of 7–10 professionals, including developers, testers, an architect, a domain advisor, and a project manager—working together to deliver mission-critical solutions that make a real difference.
