Senior Domain Advisor – National Security & Infrastructure
You have spent years working with command-and-control systems in the field — and you know exactly what they can do, and where they fall short. Now imagine applying that expertise to help define how battle-proven C2 technology protects power grids, police forces, national crisis authorities and critical infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to move at the frontier of a genuinely new domain, with the market-leading platform and the mandate to shape it.
The job
As Senior Domain Advisor, you'll be the go-to SitaWare expert across Systematic's National Security & Infrastructure (NSI) unit — the person colleagues, customers, and partners turn to when deep functional knowledge and operational credibility matter most. You'll configure and demonstrate SitaWare solutions in presales processes and customer engagements, and feed real-world operational insight directly into product development and roadmap discussions.
Equally important is your outward-facing role. Systematic is actively building its position as a thought leader at the intersection of defence-grade C2 technology and civil security — and you'll be central to that effort. Working across Crisis Management, Asset Protection, and Marine Coordination, you'll help customers in emergency services, critical infrastructure, police, and national crisis authorities understand what SitaWare can do for them, and you'll identify the new workflows and use cases that will take it further.
In short, you can look forward to:
• Acting as SitaWare superuser: configuring and demonstrating solutions across presales, bids, and senior customer engagements
• Translating military operational experience into concrete product and solution opportunities for the NSI domain
• Advising product management and development teams — connecting real-world needs with SitaWare's evolving capabilities
• Engaging senior stakeholders in emergency services, police, and critical infrastructure, building credibility through hands-on expertise
• Contributing to thought leadership, use case development, and domain knowledge sharing across the unit.
Joining the team
Systematic's NSI unit is one of the company's most significant growth areas, and one of its most strategically important. Built on the same SitaWare platform trusted by NATO and allied forces in more than 50 countries, NSI is translating four decades of defence-grade technology into solutions that protect the systems society depends on — from offshore energy infrastructure to national emergency coordination. The team works across Crisis Management, Asset Protection, and Marine Coordination, and the connections between those domains are exactly where the most interesting challenges live.
This is a new role, and deliberately so. You'll work closely with product managers, architects, developers, and business development managers — with real influence on where the unit goes next. The team is tight knit, highly capable, and genuinely values operational domain knowledge. Your experience won't sit in a drawer here; it will drive decisions.
Join us at the start of this exciting journey – we need your expertise and positive energy to help shape the future!
