Project Controller for Performance Management

You challenge performance metrics and contracts
As a Project Controller/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for several contracts where, together with the project managers, you make sure that the financial aspects are completely up to date in relation to the actual results and prognoses. You will challenge relevant project managers through sparring and analysis on numbers, hereby ensuring optimization of the individual contracts.

 

Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the development and improvement of the performance management work at Systematic, and assist in running a number of finance processes and tasks. You will be part of our Performance Management team, which currently counts eight highly skilled employees with a shared passion for ensuring that finance and contracts go hand in hand. On this journey, you will be involved in the following tasks, among others:

  • Performance metrics and profitability calculations for your contracts
  • Handling customer contract finances in our ERP system, including month-end closing
  • Contract forecasting and budgeting
  • Sparring with projects and project managers
  • Dissemination and presentation of financial data for internal stakeholders
  • Participating in preparing quotations/tenders, including business case calculations

Experienced Project Controller/Business Analyst
You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, business administration or similar, and you have at least three years of experience as a Project Controller, Business Analyst or similar. You are analytical and curious by nature, and you have a commercial mindset. You have the courage to take on tasks large and small, and you maintain a constant focus on executing and delivering quality within the agreed framework. It is an advantage if you have a quotation-based understanding of finance and good communication skills in both Danish and English.

 

You act as a valuable sounding board for the in-house project managers as well as your team colleagues, where you provide valuable knowledge and ideas to relevant stakeholders based on your financial background and business approach.
