Project and People Manager – Make a real difference!

Help lead the development of Sitaware Insight, a cutting-edge decision support tool that converts data collection and management using AI into invaluable military intelligence. 

 

Our customer base is growing and so is our product line in the Defence business area. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our program, who will lead SitaWare Insight teams in Aarhus. 

 

Make your mark on our growth journey
As a Project and People Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget. You will have the people leadership for scrum teams consisting of developers, a test engineer, an architect, and a scrum master. Your teams will be responsible for implementing, improving and maintaining a dedicated sub-set of the overall product, both existing and new functional areas. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our Copenhagen and Bucharest locations to deliver high-quality projects that meet customer requirements. 

 

In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to: 
•    Lead high-performing scrum team(s) of 8+ members that lives the Systematic values and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. 
•    Challenge employees to grow and live their full potential while having fun.
•    Together with the team, plan the next iteration and establish conditions for the team to fulfil the goals.
•    Continuously identify and implement improvements within the team and across the program.
•    Grow your own project and people skills.

 

Leader able to empower people and deliver on projects
You have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software development projects from conception to delivery in challenging and intricate environment based on agile principles. It is natural for you to take ownership and set a clear direction in close collaboration with the leadership team and various stakeholders to enable the team to deliver high quality projects.   

 

You have; 
•    A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and experience from the IT-industry
•    Qualifications comparable to PMI/PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
•    Proven experience (3+ years) in Project Management within complex software development companies
•    Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
