The job 
As our new colleague in the Share Function’s Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects across the organisation. Your primary task as Project Manager is to lead and coordinate complex improvement projects while aligning efforts with Systematic’s strategic objectives and utilising our company’s proven project management model.

 

In short, you can look forward to:

  • leading end-to-end project delivery using Systematic’s CMMI level 5-certified agile project management model with PRINCE2 elements
  • developing comprehensive project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies to ensure that stakeholder requirements are met
  • in cooperation with subject matter experts, defining project scope, deliverables and success criteria
  • participating in risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies, ensuring that all IT-related risks are captured, assessed and mitigated
  • planning and coordinating project activities across cross-functional teams
  • project economy and progress reporting (milestone tracking and KPIs) and management reporting
  • project execution and/or mentoring others in project management methodologies
  • contributing to PMO functions and process improvements

 

The team
You will be welcomed into the PMO – a team of eight dedicated full-time professionals, including yourself. A diverse team comprising Project Managers, a Test Manager, an Organisational Change Manager and a Portfolio Manager. The team drives and supports the identification and implementation of strategic and tactical improvements across Systematic as effectively and efficiently as possible, aligning efforts with various stakeholders across the business.

 

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a preferred minimum of 3–5 years of working with project management, with experience in IT project management and operating autonomously while upholding robust stakeholder relations. To perform effectively in this role, you must be IT-literate. Additionally, you preferably hold PRINCE2 and/or equivalent project management certification. Holistically, we expect proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project and similar portfolio management platforms. You enjoy coordination and cooperation with stakeholders across the entire organisation, and you have a proactive and structured work style. Communication-wise, you must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
