Program Manager – Digital Transformation

 

Are you ready play a central role in our Digital Transformation organization? To head Delivery in our Market Unit GovTech, and be responsible for a number of complex software projects?

 

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with excellent leadership skills that will enable you to create business value by delivering projects in accordance with contracts, with high customer satisfaction and a keen eye for new business opportunities. 
 
Lead and drive growth in a project-based Business Unit
As a Program Manager you will be part of our Digital Transformation delivery organization and the Market Lead team in GovTech. The Market Lead team is a triangle with a dedicated Business Developer and a highly skilled Solution Architect and you, who will oversee the Program delivering software to customers in the GovTech market. You will lead the GovTech program with several project teams and 3-4 Project Managers in direct reference. In total 30-40 employees across two different locations in Denmark and in Lviv in Ukraine. Full responsibility for a complex project portfolio
As Program Manager you will lead and set the direction together with your Market Lead colleagues, as you have the overall responsibility for the project delivery and for developing the Market Unit to meet future needs at our focus customer segments.
 
Furthermore, you will:
•    Be responsible for the financial results in the program as well as the processes 
•    Lead, manage and motivate your team of Project Managers 
•    Be part of the Market Lead team, which is responsible for ensuring the right commercial prioritization and focus – ensuring the best match between market needs and Systematic core competencies to create valuable solutions in the market
•    Participate in project related steering committee’s together with the customers and ensuring on-going alignment on mutual expectations
•    Foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment between and across the project teams
•    Have overall responsibility for employee job satisfaction, motivation and retention in the project teams
•    Have overall responsibility for competencies and capacity in the project teams at all locations
•    Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with Program Managers across Markets- and Business Units
 
Experienced Program Manager with a strong leadership profile
The role requires solid experience with managing complex IT/software projects and experience with customer exposure to succeed in this role. You will have full responsibility for the entire project portfolio in the program, so experience with people leadership including experience with leading other leaders, coaching, team development and motivation will be essential. Your project delivery experience, commercial understanding and improvement mindset enable you to further develop the Market Unit.
As a leader, you are an ambitious team player that sets the bar high. You are recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, good communication and an open mindset. 
 
What we are also expecting:
•    Skilled within the project management discipline, which means that management briefings, stakeholder management and committee meetings come naturally to you
•    Experience in managing complex contracts and experience with public customers
•    Genuinely interested in and motivated to take up the managerial challenge
•    IT-related Master’s degree or similar
•    Excellent English skills, both oral and written
 
Some travel activity must be expected in this role. Primarily in Denmark.
