Product Manager for offshore wind software solution

Newly established role with influence and high growth potential
Systematic has emerged as a leader in software solutions for safety compliance & offshore logistics at construction sites and O&M activities. The most prominent players in the industry are using our SITE product, and our goal is to broaden the market reach into offshore wind operational processes and the control room. Our new Product Manager will play a key role in achieving this goal.

Your main responsibility is to lead and develop the SITE product strategy and roadmap to ensure further market success and reach. You will be the go-to person in relation to the domain, the processes, and the IT systems used to develop and operate offshore wind farms, and you will act as a link between the market/customers and the SITE product development team.
 

Furthermore, you will:
 

• Have product owner responsibility and collaborate with sales, product development teams, and customers to ensure the product meets the defined market & customer requirements. 
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and translate them into product requirements and new functionality with additional sales and strategy in mind. 
• Be responsible for developing user stories and managing the product backlog.
• Engage with senior management and stakeholders internally and externally.

 
Domain-driven with the ability to “speak” IT
Success is achieved by having a solid background in the offshore wind industry – possibly from different roles giving you a broad knowledge of offshore wind projects' development, construction, and operation, adhering to software systems and their capabilities. You have worked as either a Product Manager or Product Owner, with ties to sales. You have an interest in gaining a more commercial profile and elevating our SITE product to a scalable solution for our current and future customer base. You are an ambitious team player who sets the bar high and is recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, good communication, and international mindset. You are also:
 

• Genuinely interested in and motivated to work with our SITE product. 
• Experienced in stakeholder management and have excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to navigate, influence and connect with stakeholders across the organisation.
