Payroll Specialist – set your mark on future payroll processes!

Join Systematic and play a key role in ensuring our payroll processes. Are you passionate about working in a dynamic environment where development opportunities abound? If so, you’re the person we’re looking for!

Join a well-established team
We are rapidly growing and need a new colleague to help align our payroll processes across locations. In this position, you will become a part of the People Services team, which means you will have the chance to work closely with dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and Romania, as well as work on your own individual tasks.
From day one, you will be met with a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your personal and professional competencies. Together with our two colleagues, you will be responsible for the payroll administration at Systematic.

Your responsibility and contribution
As a Payroll Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll administration in Systematic in collaboration with your colleagues. You will be working with our Finance Department, who are responsible for our various payroll accounts and ensure a thorough reconciliation process. Among others, you should expect to work with the following systems; Microsoft D365, Lessor cloud-based integrated module in 365, SuccesFactors, and individual payroll provider systems – though it is not a prerequisite to have worked with these prior.

Bring your competencies into play
We are looking for a colleague who is interested in optimisation and digitalising payroll processes, has great communication skills, and is eager to drive development forward. You are driven by working across departments to find the optimal solutions, whilst having an eye for detail. At the same time, we envisage that you:

  • Have a relevant degree and experience in payroll and/or finance
  • Can ensure accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for all assigned countries
  • Have the ability to create structured reports using the in-house tools
  • Are proactive and prepared to take initiative
  • Have a structured and detail-oriented approach, as well as numerical/analytical abilities
  • Enjoys coordinating and cooperating with stakeholders across the entire organisation
  • Experienced user in Excel
  • Speak and write English fluently, as it is our corporate language

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here

You can look forward to joining our Employees Club offering almost 100 events of both social and professional character a year – plenty to choose from.
