Join a well-established People & Culture dept
In our highly recognized People Services team we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to drive our payroll process primarily focusing on Denmark.

A well-structured payroll process
Together with the team you all have the responsibility for Systematics payroll across our offices.
As a Payroll Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll administration in Systematic, Denmark. Intime there will be possibilities to take on payroll processes for other countries.
Furthermore, you will be working with our Finance Department, who are responsible for our various payroll accounts and ensure a thorough reconciliation process.
It will also be your responsibility to control our salary email account, including answering a variety of questions from our employees.
You should expect to work with the following systems; Microsoft D365, Lessor cloud-based integrated module in 365, SuccesFactors, and individual payroll provider systems – though it is not a prerequisite to have worked with these prior.

Bring your competencies into play
Our new colleague is motivated to work with payroll, with the competencies to run our payroll process locally in Denmark. This requires a high focus on details and the ability to take necessary actions when problems occur.

At the same time, we envisage that you:

  • Have a relevant degree and experience in payroll and/or finance
  • Can ensure accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for all assigned countries
  • Can create structured reports using our in-house tools
  • Are proactive and prepared to take initiative

  • Experienced user in Excel
  • Speak and write English fluently, as it is our corporate language
