Naval Product Manager for pioneering software-based startup

CUBEDIN is a newly established joint venture, and we are looking for our second employee to join this forward-thinking company and take on the role of Product Manager, reporting directly to our CEO. 

Working agile in sprints, you will develop and mature the product and adhering roadmap in accordance with customer requirements and the overall CUBEDIN vision. By navigating the feature landscape, you will prioritise development resources and ensure alignment with stakeholders regarding product development. You will be responsible for the following: 

• Prioritizing product features to scale and develop the product in alignment with stakeholders.  
• Establishing partner agreements with equipment suppliers and end customers.
• Working with equipment suppliers to clarify product and data features.
• Monitoring the market and possible competitors. 

You have technical experience working within the naval, marine or defence domain and have a strong understanding of ship technology, its practical capabilities and how they can be improved. Stakeholder management and networking are key drivers for success, which is achieved by having good communication skills and a long-term focus when it comes to growing the product. Your project and product management toolbox is well-founded, and by putting your collaborative and commercial mindset into play, you set the direction for feature development and deliver on these. We work with security classified projects, therefore, as a CUBEDIN employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. CUBEDIN offers the possibility to join a startup company with ambitions of growth and an eagerness to develop a new, disruptive product for customers in the naval defence industry. As CUBEDIN grows, we intend to scale the business and expect this role to be a leading figure in the organisation. 

You will be based either in Copenhagen, Odense or Aarhus and can expect up to 80 days of travel per year, covering both domestic and international. Alternative locations may be discussed depending on the candidate's specific location.

CUBEDIN A/S was established by OMT and Systematic in June 2022.
