In short, you can look forward to:
• Translating business strategies into concrete, actionable marketing initiatives
• Build strong positioning for Systematic as a thought leader within National Security, critical Infrastructure, and Library solutions and services in both Danish and international markets
• Planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels
• Creating compelling content for LinkedIn, website (Umbraco), and other platforms
• Planning, coordinating, and executing international trade shows and customer community events
• Driving lead generation and supporting sales through data-driven campaigns
• Elevated level of responsibility and autonomy in shaping our marketing approach for our growing business.
Joining the Team
You’ll become part of a collaborative marketing environment across Systematic, that thrives on creativity and measurable impact. Expect close interaction with Sales, Product Management, and global Marketing colleagues. We value professionalism, knowledge sharing, and a good sense of humour – whether we’re brainstorming campaigns or enjoying Friday socials.
Your Qualifications
• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar
• 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with technical or complex solutions
• Strong digital marketing skills (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Umbraco, Claude)
• Excellent written and spoken English and Danish; German are a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results
• Effective communication skills, able to craft clear messages, adapt to different audiences and platforms, and present ideas confidently.
